Ray and Anna met while working in a bank together and were married in 1987. They have a daughter, twin sons and then another son. The name of his daughter on Everybody Loves Raymond was named after his daughter Alexandra “Ally.” The twins on the show were originally named after his sons Gregory and Matthew but Ray thought it was weird to have all the kids the same as his own. So the twins became Geoffrey and Michael.
