Hugh and Deborra-Lee met on the set of the Australian television show Correlli. They were married in 1996 and adopted two children. Hugh actually designed the engagement ring for Deborra-Lee and had their wedding rings engraved with the phrase “we dedicate our union to a greater source” in Sanskrit. Hugh and Deborra-Lee also run a production company with John Palermo, so the pair are not only happily married but they work together as well.
