19. Alice Playten – $1 million

Alice Playten won an Opie award for Performance, and she was known throughout the 80s for her film roles. One was Legend, and other included Heavy Metal, for which she voice acted. She also appeared in several Broadway shows and in a number of television shows. She died on June 11, 2011 from heart failure brought on by a lifetime of juvenile diabetes and pancreatic cancer. She was 63 years old.
